Support for couples at all stages of their relationship

Every relationship is different, and the kind of support that is most helpful will depend on where you are and what you need.

Couples support is offered in three ways depending on your needs. Couples therapy focuses on working through challenges and areas of distress, while the Relationship Foundations Program supports couples to build strong patterns early. The Reconnect Relationships Retreat offers a more intensive experience for couples wanting dedicated time to reconnect and strengthen their relationship.

Couple Counselling

Ongoing sessions for couples experiencing challenges or distress in their relationship. Focuses on understanding patterns, improving communication, and working through areas of conflict in a supportive and structured way.

I am skilled in a range of therapeutic approaches designed to improve your relationship. When working with couples, I draw from Emotionally focused therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT).

Reconnect Relationship Retreats

A two-day, intensive experience for couples wanting dedicated time away from daily life to reconnect and strengthen their relationship. Focuses on deepening understanding, improving communication, and building stronger connection in a supportive, guided environment. Relationship Foundation Programme

A structured 6-session program for couples who want to start strong and build a healthy, lasting relationship. Designed for those who are not in crisis, this program focuses on strengthening communication, deepening connection, and developing the skills to navigate differences in an intentional and proactive way.

Individual Counselling

Individual counselling provides a space to explore personal challenges, develop insight, and build effective strategies for change. My areas of interest and expertise include: 

When working with individuals I utilise a number of different approaches, including, but not limited to; Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Emotionally Focused therapy (EFT), Mindfulness and Mindfulness Based Cognitive therapy (MBCT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). The choice of therapy depends on the individual and their goals for therapy.

Phone or Video sessions

I am able to provide sessions by Zoom or phone on request.

Training

I have conducted training within hospital, corporate, school and community settings in the areas of managing depression and anxiety, stress management, suicide prevention and self harm, sexual abuse and assault.
